Exchanges are accepted only if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and in its original packaging.

Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges shipping fees: EGP 120, paid by the customer.

Requests for exchange will be reviewed and approved within 3-7 business days.

Once the request is approved, a courier will reach the customer within 3–7 business days to complete the process.
